Sir? I think you have a problem with your brain being missing.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Do they really not realize what it refers to? are they THAT clueless? or is it just that they think it's a catchy phrase and they've decided to appropriate it for themselves?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Saturday is all-day class, yay? Sunday, there's a brunch, so I'm covered for Stuff To Do.

Me? Cut and color Saturday morning. Maybe start shopping for a dress to wear to a friend's wedding.

Church on Sunday, followed by coffee with friends.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

What are people doing this weekend?

Easter! Egg dying and hiding and hunting. Candies.

Saturday, Emmett has a double-header with his tournament team. Then I get to run a practice with the regular team.

Do they really not realize what it refers to? are they THAT clueless?

Of course they know what it means. Frat boys probably invented teabagging before they went to their Young Republican meetings. They're purposefully getting a snicker about being adolecently disrespectful to Obama.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What are people doing this weekend?

Definitely church, probably the library and laundry, don't know what else yet....

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I'm getting out of here early (1:30) so I can get my permanent crown put on, and then I get to go home and start recording my Planet Earth eps from the DVR onto my newly-purchased blank discs, so I can make room on the DVR (I hate it when it gets over 75% full!).

Tomorrow is working a 4-hour shift at B&N, followed by my second swim at the pool (I haven't gone at all since last Saturday's swim, sadly) and then cleaning out my car and my bedroom. On Sunday, I'll head down to Dad's for Easter dinner and will hopefully be able to fit his exercise bike in the back of my Civic so I can put it in my bedroom and start using it on Monday morning.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

This weekend: gardening (our front yard looks like a vacant lot), going out to the movies, house-cleaning, catching up on the TV which piled up while we were away the last two weekends.

“Not dead yet!”

Weekend plans?

Nate and Abby have a birthday party to attend tonight, so Lewis and I have grown up dinner! Woot! I'm thinking of nominating the mom hosting the birthday party for sainthood-- she's taking the group to Dave & Buster's for four hours. My idea of hell.

We have candy and this year, the Easter Bunny has officially ceased arriving. Slightly sad, but in our own twisted way, it's been made amusing, since I picked up a few bags of candy and intoned, "Hop, hop." Nate also picked out a righteously hysterical Easter card for Lewis, that shows the origins of the Easter bunny-- you open it up and it's Jesus making shadow puppets on the wall. Appealed to all our bent senses of humor.

The rest of the weekend is probably just hanging out, watching baseball-- are they going to show Doctor Who officially in the States or is it going to be download? ::is clueless::

Oh, and eating my stash of frozen Cadbury eggs.
