Another photo o' the day: Bat-eared Foxes for No Good Reason
I have had this picture for a while just waiting for groundbreaking news about Bat-eared foxes. Well it never came but I can't just stare at the little guys any longer and not post them.
They aren't babies and therefore not ZooBorn's fodder, but they are pretty ridiculous. Insects make up 80% of the Bat-eared fox diet. The other 20% comprises rainbows and Hello Kitty memorabilia.
Is there a special name for those grid puzzles where you try to find hidden words?
Hidden word search, megan?
(Not being a smart ass, I think that's literally what they're called.)
Ours are called "Wonderword"
The reason I ask is that I'm putting a puzzle is our book. The French title of the exercise literally translates as "Hidden Words", but I was wondering if I should be using something else.
Word Search
I forgot to set my alarm to move my car for street cleaning. I woke up 20 minutes late and got to my car as a cop was leaving it. That particular 20 minutes of sleep cost $50. I wish I got partial credit for moving my car before the street cleaner actually got there.
I think I've seen "Hidden Words" used, also.
I think Word Search was what I was trying to recall. Thanks!
