Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My sister is in tech support hell with Pratip. We're assuring each other his hesitancy and overuse of first person plural are because he has a crush on her.

Poor thing.

brillig

What makes the insanity thing even less of a plan for the poor woman is that she knows what she did was illegal. She just believes it doesn't matter, because the boy's not permanently dead. The cult leader, now, who told everyone to starve the kid, she can go away for a long, long time.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Ugh. Me and Kripkat agree: going to the vet is No Fun!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

You know what got me growling last week or so ago? Online discussion of Texas finding a man who killed family members sane enough to stand trial, despite extensively documented insanity AND plucking out his remaining eye while in custody. People were saying that he MIGHT be faking.

bon, I only have one who doesn't mind the vets. And he gets carsick. Devi goes frantic scared, and Loki, Lokis just wants out. And to sneak out the exam room door and race around... So he might be having fun, but I'm not. How's cathood?

I just did the math and I'll be driving 45 miles less a week once I move.

Watching a Sesame Street special for helping military families cope with change when an injured parent comes home. It's probably gonna make me cry. When I'm not railing bout new characters. I haven't seen Sesame Street anything in ages.

Excellent, except. They are very well-behaved and getting along like brothers. But Kripkat has had an eye infection for over a week that got worse. Today he had a bad fever and had to get IV fluids and medicine five times a day now for a URI. I feel bad for the little one, but thank god it's the cat that will permit being held.

Poor Kripkat. And you cat pillers. Glad they are getting along. I no longer try keeping Loki and Devi apart after several days when I couldn't find Loki to lock him away, so I gave up. But they are getting better. Sllllooooowwwlllllyyyyyy.

I accidentally stumbled onto pictures of this guy. In his one-eyed state, but after he'd plucked out the second eye.

I'm unschooled, but if you think plucking your eyes out is a good plan, you might be crazy.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Last night we went to see the Chad Mitchell Trio in concert. (It was in honor of their 50th anniversary) Good concert, even if we may have been the youngest people there who were not with their parents.
