It's called a blaster, Will, a word that tends to discourage experimentation. Now, if it were called the Orgasmater, I'd be the first to try your basic button press approach.

He's doing it, his call. Have to be licensed and bonded and I get to see all work orders and receipts. I don't think I get much say, but I'm asking my realtor about that. I'd rather do it myself, but that's not how it worked out. (I'm not too worried.) I'm guessing he figures if I walk, he'd have to do it to move it or rent it anyway. I don't know, he's a weird one. He's had it as a rental for a some period of time, I *think* (I know it was a rental for 14 years, but not sure if he was the sole landlord) and his primary business seems to be financing renovators.

Oh, and in interesting news, the appraisal came back the asking (I'm paying slightly less.) So that was reassuring, I guess.

Hrm, this looks really familiar: [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just realised I can't have PB&J for dinner since I'm out of red jam. I have yellow jam, but that doesn't seem right.

How desperate am I?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Do these jams have flavors to go with the colors?

Um, what flavor is yellow jam?

I have peach and apricot. I'm trying with the peach. It's weird but palatable.

I usually have peach on toast, but I'd think it would be okay with peanut butter.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Oooh, peanut butter and peach jam sounds pretty good.

Peach would probably have more tang. Apricot always seems really sweet to me. Now I miss eating warm apricots of the tree at the house I grew up in.
