I would have shorts on because I was supposed to swap out my winter clothes over spring break, but then it snowed! And then I felt disinclined to put away my warm stuff.

I know, right? One of the things that's become clear to me through facebook is that a) I have a type and b) that type does not age well. I suppose fortunately for me, I married against type.

I went out and about in sandals today, although not shorts. It was nice to feel air on my toes.
I also got an estimate on refinishing my bedroom set (the set I refinished myself two years ago, badly). I'm not sure I'm actually $1600 worth of displeased with my refinishing job. Time to check out other bids, I guess.

I managed to reschedule a hair appt for today, so I got that done.
Got a plastic expansion file for all the house stuff. Piles and piles of paper. Now I'm going to give myself a manicure and stare balefully at my closets and shelves and boxes, magically willing them to sort and pack themselves. And then I'll dye my hair. And tomorrow I will clean and grocery shop and stare balefully some more.
