Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

All artificial "fruit" candy flavors are gross. This is why I stick to desserts made of chocolate and peanut butter.

Amen.

I am on day three of tweaked neck and shoulder. Not excrutiating, but constant and with some movements sharp pangs.

Day four for me. I expect mine to last at least another week given the 12+ hour days in cold theatre and a very non-ergonomic tech table.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups--God's gift to confectionary.

Peanut butter and jelly--euw.

ION, it's snowing today and apparently the entire population of my town only moved here in the last three weeks, because it was like "OMGWTF! What is that stuff on the road!" Yes, people, it's been unseasonably warm, are your memory cells set to dissolve when the outside reaches a certain temperature?

It must be nice to live in such a doglike state of wonder: "Wow! Sunshine! Have you seen this? Look! Water! This is so cool! OMG!! Snow! Why has no one told me about this stuff?"

Also, my customers are all competing for "Clueless Dork of the Year" this morning.

Also, what's with the epidemic of tweaked necks? I had to go to the doctor for one last week.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

So far this morning, I woke up at 5:00, which wouldn't have been so bad if I had fallen asleep before 1:30, realized belatedly that my dress is the wrong length to wear with my boots, found a bad scratch on the trunk of my car, and discovered that Lexis isn't working.

I want a do over.

Or peanut butter and chocolate.

I like PB&J, but my default has become PB and honey.

I would think it'd be more fun to give a test than take one.

You'd think, right? But in fact I have to keep them quiet, which is a battle of constant "shush"ing, and then figure out what to do when they're so off-track in the computer portion that they're never going to get back on.

he could "drink a more manly drink" than his go-to Gin & Tonic.

Well, damn. G&T's the most manly thing I drink.

On the other hand, I'm not a man, so maybe I don't have to have a manly drink. I can just go back to sex on the beach and whiskey sours.

My Lexis seems to be working, Perkins.

I don't care much for peanut butter and chocolate thing because usually the peanut butter has sugar in it (yuk!) and the chocolate is milk. My mother hates anything sweet with her PB, so we grew up on PB & butter sandwiches. I like a good peanut butter and homemade-jam these days.

I had a doctor's appt this morning and navigating the craziness of the parking lot successfully has made me feel like I've accomplished quite enough for the day.

PB&J is yummy, as is PB and chocolate.

I was just processing through a batch of securities rulings from various states to pass onto the proper departments, and it seems that Bernie Madoff is no longer licensed as a securities dealer in Washington state. Awww, poor guy! He apparently didn't answer the summons he received--guess he was otherwise occupied.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

oh, my morning. Nothing like telling 2 different vendors, no, I cannot locate the invoice - yes I know they sent it to me - my desk/worklife is an organizational nightmare.
