"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

You could spend a lot of money and get it here: [link]

Basically a nice pair of boots. But the single will appreciate in value.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

They're my backup plan. If I haven't found a copy by the end of 2nd quarter (which is when I might get a bonus!), then I'm nabbing it from there.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I don't suppose anyone has the song "Lida Rose/Will I Ever Tell You" from the Music Man movie soundtrack, do they? We'd like to put it on a playlist for Rose but neither iTunes nor Amazon has the movie soundtrack available, and I'm not sure where else to look.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I'm sure the quality is crap, but for my more obscure needs, YT has been coming through for me. Zamzar got me my last search, as well as another from the seemingly unobtainbable In The Name Of The Father soundtrack.

While I'm here, any recs on good rocking harmonica songs? Example being The Waifs "Crazy Train" [link]

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Maybe you could ask this elephant?

National Zoo elephant has a talent: harmonica

WASHINGTON (AP) — An elephant named Shanthi at the Smithsonian's National Zoo is developing her musical talents by playing a harmonica with her trunk.

Video released Wednesday by the zoo in Washington shows the 36-year-old Asian elephant has a harmonica attached to her stall and plays tunes even when no humans are around.

Elephant keeper Debbie Flinkman says Shanthi is musically inclined, playing her own songs that always have a big crescendo at the end. Shanthi also likes to tap things, flap her ears against objects to make noise and rub her leg up and down shrubs to repeat noises.

Flinkman says she doesn't make Shanthi play the harmonica. It's something she enjoys.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

but neither iTunes nor Amazon has the movie soundtrack available

What? That's crazy. Though I think I have the Broadway version.

Woot, thank you, Debet! I knew the Buffistas could deliver.

Dana, the Broadway recording seems pretty widely available, but not the movie soundtrack, for some reason. At least, I couldn't find it.
