Buffista Music 4: Needs More Cowbell!
There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

Cool beans! I got to see a small club concert by him where he did favored tracks from the two albums we reviewed in Lost in the Grooves and he took my request to do "Regenisraen" for an encore.
Interview with Mike Watts on Sound Opinions. Mostly about Double Nickles.
Why did none of you people tell me how bombastically delightful the Sucker Punch soundtrack is? Thanks to a random link on Tumblr, I listened to the version of "Army of Me" with Skunk Anansi, went on a YouTube binge to listen to more tracks from it, and have now purchased the dratted thing. I still haven't seen the movie yet, and I know that parts of it will make me twitch and roll my eyes, but damn, the soundtrack is fun.
I love the cover of "White Rabbit."
There's only one song in the soundtrack that made me hit the FF button, which is the "I Want It All/We Will Rock You" mash-up, because I just couldn't get past the opening rap part.
(I'm sorry, I keep trying to listen to rap, and ... it does nothing for me. Apparently, if it's not early Public Enemy, I won't listen to it.)
If this isn't appropriate, lemme know.
As you know, Bob, I'm moving. I have some stereo equipment from the early 90's I was going to sell: a Kenwood KR-A5040 tuner, Kenwood dual tape deck, and a set of Boston HD7 speakers. I started googling to try and figure a fair Craigslist price, and am starting to think that I should just keep them. I am not an audio buff by any stretch, but there seems to be a fair amount of respect out there for what I've got, so should I just keep it? Thoughts?
smonster, I wonder if you'd get a better response in the tech thread. (myself, I have no clue)
