Before that depends on how you're defining arena. Possibly also Leonard Cohen, but if the WaMu theatre doesn't fit, then it's all the way back to the first MCR show I went to, which was some sort of multi-band deal including Gnarls Barkley.
Oh, and the Showbox SoDo is also where I wind up most.

My guess is that Bowie himself let it loose because he figured it wouldn't get out otherwise, and he was tired
of releasing bits and pieces as "exclusive tracks" and b-sides.
My guess is he released it because he loves me.
