There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

Wondermints covered "Arnold Layne." I might have that.
Could you check to see if you have it, please? "Arnold Layne" is one of my younger brother's favorite songs....

Phew, took fifteen minutes of looking but I found it. Japanese import!
Gimme a couple minutes to get it on my computer and then I'll load it to Buffistarawk.
thanks!
Okay, it's sent.
I hadn't listened to it in a while, but it's good, power pop-ish version.
I also included the Wondermints awesome cover of Abba's "Knowing Me Knowing You."
Oooh, and now I'm listening to their cover of "Oooh, Child" and it's got all these Beach Boy style backing vocals.
Note: 1) This is a special Japanese import album they did of all covers; 2) They're the backing band for Brian Wilson when he plays live nowadays because they're all multi-instrumentalists and totally dig Brian's sound. They were the band that played the live version of Smile.
From Beep Me:
I have been asked to perform a song with The Cheap Suit Serenaders at their once-yearly gig. [link] This is HUGE for me and I am happy as a little girl.
Whoa, massively cool news, Spidra!
