is the first song "This Tornado Loves You" supposed to be 3:19 and cut off suddenly like that?

3:19 should be right, but it shouldn't cut off in the middle. And I'm sorry, but not surprised, to hear Canadian Amp is unavailable. I also don't see it on the Bloodshot Records website, which I'm almost certain is where I got it from back in 2001. If folks are interested (and can remind me), I can post the tracks to BRawk sometime later this week.

There is much to love there. Although it also has the feel of a dead end to me. He couldn't strip his sound down anymore or it would just be him yelling into the microphone.

"Dead end" isn't quite the phrase I'm looking for, but it was road I think he could only travel once. He really had no choice except to add more instruments back into mix.
