Buffista Music 4: Needs More Cowbell!

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Mine doesn't, but maybe I was doing something wrong.

I can certainly wait until Monday. (Though I think I may violate my no-buying stuff thing, because there are some songs I really want.)

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I've got the Francine Reed song (from the Live in Texas Lyle Lovett album)--I'll have to see if I can get it uploaded. (Haven't done that before!)

Speaking of music, I picked up a few best-of cds at the bookstore today: Erasure and Booker T and the MGs. I put in the Booker T cd to listen to on the drive home. Love that cool Stax sound!

FTR, I listened to part of the draft version of the Bad Girls play list on the way to work this morning, and it's AWESOME!

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Stare at it a lot, make occasional whimpering noises, and eventually realize that SERIOUS GABE is a little unnerving AND makes you want to re-read Bandpires?
