'War Stories'

Buffista Music 4: Needs More Cowbell!

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

The mosh pit looks scary from the outside but once you get in it's really a lot of fun. A couple of times people fell down but others grabbed them and hauled them back to their feet in an instant.

Art Crawl!!!

Music people - I just got a trial membership to emusic and thought that I'd downloaded several things but now I cannot find them on my computer. I used their dl manager - where do I love for them?

Or do I go to my account and save them from there?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I think I need to read a good history of The Beatles. Any recommendations?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I really enjoyed Peter Brown's The Love You Make.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Todd (my BF whose Beatles stuff has currently spread into 3 rooms in the house) recommends Shout by Philip Norman.

He also asks for more details as to what you're looking to get out of it.
