I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I could see that it was Sam choosing to risk becoming an angry poltergeist outside Lisa's house, and then, yeah, him becoming corporeal again somehow, at some point. I could also see that all already having happened. But the latter seems too easy. And I can see why Sam would hold back on seeing Dean if it was the former.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I know the Winchesters are all about what's never been done before (duh), but for some reason it will take a lot for me to buy reversing ghost-hood if his body is actually corpsified.

And I am really fairly convinced that Kripke took Lucifer with him when he left showrunner. Sam probably came back wrong, but I really hope Michael and Luci are locked up for good.

There are a million reasons for Sam to hold back, even if he's completely normal. I think he's stupid like that--and I say that with fondness. He may very well think that one of them getting out to normal (alcoholism aside) is worth it. If he's blowing out electric lights, he's totally going to fuck with Dean's retirement.

Because books.

I completely agree. Sam didn't ask Dean to try on that life on a lark. He meant it. And if he thought for a second Dean was doing it, and doing it *well*, I think he would back way the hell off.

Fuck! I owe you icon, don't I? I'm totally working on that this weekend.

Because books.

I still want an icon of the Impala that says, "Never, in fact, homeless." I've also seen gorgeous icons of the boys' initials carved into the upholstery.

If I could vid and make icons, I would pretty much only be a productive member of fandom, not society.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Trunk liner, not upholstery. John would have used their hides to replace carved upholstery.

Wheee!

(Though that was more spontaneous exclamation than hint.)

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

John would have used their hides to replace carved upholstery.

As would I.

I think Bobby and Cas learned exactly what I am willing to sacrifice to save the Impala.
