Xander: I do have Spaghetti-os. Set 'em on top of the dryer and you're a fluff cycle away from lukewarm goodness. Riley: I, uh, had dryer-food for lunch.

Or by season?

ETA: What Perkins suggested, missed it first read through.

Because books.

I like the season by season deathmatch idea. Although for a season I might say ... 20 quotes.

I like the season by season, but I also like the character quotes.

Dean will have the lions share of awesome quotes just because he's a snarky sensitive bastard. If we do character by character, there's some assurance quotes land in the final round from all the main characters.

Is it too much work to do shorter rounds per character/per season?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Now I'm all confused! I like seasons and characters both...

It's hard to bracket 20 quotes, though. 16 works better.

Because books.

I'm math-challenged, so whatever works best for that purpose is fine by me.

3 rounds per season, Dean, Sam, Other for 5 seasons of 16 quotes each?

That's 15 rounds plus a final. Is it too much?

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Dean: Then I ain't going to let him die alone.

Yes. This. Excuse me while I go over in the corner and cry.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I agree with separating funny and serious because I'd have a hard time voting between the two. I also think we could come up with 24 of each category per season.

eta: so I'm suggesting two rounds per season, not separating by character.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

And Cassie is still totally not in the picture. What abject casting fail.

It's such a tragedy. I like the story better if they hadn't had to ditch her character. But, dude, I saw that ep, they really had to ditch her character.

Is it too much?

Have you seen how much we can talk?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Let's do seasons first, and then maybe we can do characters. So resubmit with season and episode citation and we'll see if 16 is reasonable (we don't have to do the same amount of quotes per season, as long as they're powers of 2) and I'll keep a spreadsheet. I love me some Excel.

edit: Okay, I'm being hella bossy.
