Nevermind. Found it. Stupid.

Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Nothing. I didn't read any posts other than the ones specific to SWSNBN. That's something you'll have to do your own research on, I'm afraid. Although, I did see one brief comment about Jared saying he threw a bit of a hissy-fit. What over, I'm not sure, but it sounds like a tempest in a teapot.
Yeah, I changed my post. Just stupid supposition from people with too much time on their hands.
Oh dear. That looks ugly. And way too complicated to get into, although now I'm intrigued about what Jared might have been throwing a hissy fit over.
I miss the internets, y'all.
Ew. Having experienced more than enough toxicity in another fandom, I think I'll stay way far away from this one.
IIRC, the events were brought to concom's attention at the time, and things were discussed that left concom thinking they'd been clear about her not being allowed back in the future.
That may be in the unfunnybusiness round up. I do dimly recall there had been some murmurs back then, but no names named.
Found another Criminal Minds crossover. I haven't finished reading it yet, so I have no firm opinion on it. So far I'm not entirely a fan of the amount of angst involved in the setup, but I'm in a character-protective mood right now.
Thanks ita. I cannot seem to get my fill of crimmy/spn crossovers.
Thanks for all the fic recommendations, ita!
I've gone through most of the season 3 dvds now. (There were a few episodes where I got a few minutes in and decided to move on to the next.) Right now I have the season 3 finale to watch. But I'm waiting for the first season 4 dvd to get here before I ingest what I expect will be an angst fest. I figure I'll want to see the s4 premiere right away.
Mmm, I think Equinox may be one of my top fave C/D fics so far. Not so much with the sexing, more with the epic love and the intricacies and hint of (epic) plottiness.
So weird that I had come to the conclusion that if Castiel has to go, I maybe want him to have a Wesley Windham Pryce farewell, and then there was a fic that gave it to me (and I didn't realize it was fusion because I'm terrible about reading titles and notes and stuff.)
But he already died, and died for Dean, so that would just feels like a retread if Cas died for Dean (or even Sam, but basically the human race) again. Interesting and new story lines are better served by severe but not mortal injuries and a human existence for S6. Bobby was supposed to have died but for some major ass-pulling at the beginning of the season, and has been a sad, whiny, sometimes annoying and depressing in a not-fun-way dude for a while now, and while he could go back to being the gruff resource he used to be, I think it's time. It feels symmetrical, and I don't see any interesting storylines for him.
Then again, there was tons of potential for Cas, and they kinda blew it this season anyway. But if he's human in S6, they won't need to do stupid things to neuter that pesky deux ex machina that they seemed unable to work with (except for when the could)(hah! He's the gun/knife that can kill anything, except when it can't!).
All this time I was thinking curtain!fic was like an O Henry story where the wind blows and the curtain shields the lovers from the readers view, offering them privacy.
