Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

They're. Not. Done. Yet .

(And Bobby lives. Swears.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm not sure I can ever believe in peace for them. I'd have thought it in the afterlife, but now I especially need for them to both die at the same time so they can have their together time up there too. Before Dark Side Of The Moon it hadn't properly occurred to me that the heavenbound one could be lonely too.

Now I demand it.

I guess, for me, an acceptable peace is continued hunting. TOGETHER. With optional Cas.

Bobby I've sacrificed. Sorry.

But I think I irrationally need them to keep the song for 5.22, unless they can come up with something better. Which? Really?

However, I'm still wondering about the amulet, so maybe these things are just fan-obsessing frippery.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Hmmm, maybe when the plan to cage Lucifer fails epically, Samifer tosses the secretly retrieved amulet back at Dean, who pockets it. Then Dean heads back to Death's warehouse to bitch him out for lying to him, and the amulet goes all hot and glowy...

I actually really hope they use the song again. It's such an SPN song for me now.

And I want that damn amulet back. I will be pissed if their idea of backstory was that it is a God detector but God's gone. Screw it being a God detector. It's a talisman for the Winchester brothers and I believe in them.

Oh, if the Samulet figured into some yellow crayon moment, I might expire from bliss.

I figure they have to know how much we care (and that we're all important) about the amulet. I did read supposition that it was a phase that the brothers have passed through, but I'm not ready for that! Not remotely!

Samulet

I'm cracking myself up over this and other Sam mash-ups, like Sam/Demon=Semon.

Samifer, Sampala, Sassy...his name is the little black dress of portmanteaus.

I don't even accept it.

If you want to do nothing with it, just let it hang out and be there. We all got our misty on with the Weechester flashbacks at Christmas.

But having Dean give it to Cas and then toss it in the trash? No.

Things we do not throw away: the amulet, the keys to the Impala, our souls.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Things we do not throw away: the amulet, the keys to the Impala, our souls.

This.

I'm hearing rumblings--Variety rumors--that the new teen vampire show will be debuting at 9:00 on Thursday with the VD lead-in. Which would mean moving SPN to the 9pm Friday death slot after Smallville. The real kicker? They're talking no new show till midseason, or January. Nothing confirmed, just rumor. But I wonder if there's any truth behind the rumor.

Well, it does seem they're moving it there for the summer.

NOTHING UNTIL MIDSEASON? Would it be a full season order? Nah, still wouldn't be worth it, unless maybe the guys were doing great projects in their downtime. Which I won't believe until I see.
