They're saving the world from Lucifer after killing 3/4 of the Horsemen... Even I don't think they're going to make it. And I know they get another season and thus are going to make it.
I mean right now Sam jumps into hell carrying Lucifer with him really does seem the best plan they've got. I guess next season is about Dean and Castiel flailing around for ways to rescue Sam interspersed with scenes of him being tortured in hell.

It was the one webclip I watched. And, honestly, as much as I laughed, I still wish I'd waited and seen it in the ep. I hate what this show does to me and spoilers. We were kinda OTP for a while but we broke up ugly for SPN.

What Cass said. Vancouvernights joked that next season will be SN: The Next Generation. There is no way for Sam and Dean to survive and yet we know we have next season. Sam and Dean are the ONLY characters that I'm not scared of losing which is why I only begged for Cas, Bobby, and the Impala to be spared.
I'm also scoping out local crossroads in case I need to bring one of them or all of them back.
