Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I love Warm Strangers--and even more, the remix linked in the author's notes at the end, written from Bobby's POV.

The remix reminds me a lot of one I read but can't find, of all the people the Winchesters helped but lost--Henriksen, Andy, Max--gearing up to fight on the Winchesters' side in the apocalypse. Still looking, if I do find it I'll post a link.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Warm Strangers also reminds me of one where the cop from the Benders keeps tabs on them for a while, and another where people they'd encountered read the Supernatural books.

And what you say you're reminded of reminds me of "best zombie christmas ever" and I need to track that story down. Very allover sweet Dean/Castiel.

Art Crawl!!!

Fun interview with the actor who played Baldur. (I'm excited for his friend - the big SPN fan - who is getting a picture of the Impala AND cards from the JJs.)

I love the degree of cluelessness that Dean displays, as well as his initial discontent and transition from it. He's such a doll.

Plus great Sam!POV.

I love that the Baldur actor's first comment about JP is that he's really big. He estimates JA at 6'2, which is pretty kind.

Because books.

Baldur was hot. Um, that is all.
