Someone ran the dates once for S2 (I think it's up on the Wiki), and I did the math for Dean's 4 months/40 years earlier in this or the last thread. I think it roughly maps.

And the bit Dean says before, about worshipping his father really hurts too, and makes his reactions beforehand even more poignant. I don't think that worship comes across enough in the Weechester fic I've read. But I guess having him raise Sam is more attractive and potentially contradictory.
I need to grouse about Guns n Roses having ruined "Heaven's Door" for me. Their version is a charicature and now I can't hear the song without the "hey hey heys" popping up in my brain. Stoopid brain.

I want Dean and Sam to solve an argument this way. One throws paper, the other Spock. And no other explanation. The fate of the world hanging on it.
Oooh! Lucifer and Sam play for the meatsuit. You know Lucifer will throw lizard because lizards are kinda like snakes and thus evil. Not because of the Eden stuff, just because I phobic about snakes.
