Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

It kinda implies they die, doesn't it?

I'm assuming this for the end of the series. I just don't know which one will be the last to go.

Sam is John's wayward son, but Dean is God's.

Because books.

Oy! Dean screaming for Sam in Hell is making me want to rewatch MBV to hear Sam scream for Dean. Why do I torture myself?

I had to watch that ALL ALONE this morning, and it just made me want to cry. BOYS.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Was MBV the last new episode that we had? Dean asking (insert whomever) for help?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

PUPPY KICKER!!!

I was actually pretty sure one of them would bite it to wrap up the series in 5, but I'm less sure about 6. 1 dead seemed sadder than both, and Kripke likes sadder. But if they both survive the apocalypse, it will be weird for them to die at the hands of something lesser. Still, there will have to be jeopardy ongoing.

it just made me want to cry. BOYS.

I'm already (because getting distressed in advance is what I do with SPN) annoyed I will only be able to watch the first half of Lazarus Rising before work tomorrow morning.

Oh, boys, so broken.

Yes.

Well, I don't think they will actually kill each other so there is an upside.

What if Kripke throws the whole thing upside down and we get a happy ending? I'm just putting that out there for Kripke to think about and consider. It would really shock me for a happy ending. Wouldn't see that coming. Nope, I'd be completely surprised. I promise. Please.

Because books.

I don't see a "happy" ending at the close of S6. But I can imagine some satisfying ones, even with one of the boys gone.

::clutches heart anyway::

This is why everyone should work at home with me. I'm just saying.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I've been working from home three days this week and the idea of going in tomorrow and missing the boys is heartbreaking. Yes, I own the DVD's and watch them, but somehow that is different.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Completely understands.

::nods::

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dean will have been in hell forty years! Sam will have been drugging himself senseless to numb the pain! Watching the transmission as it unfolds is only polite.

Because books.

It is! The last thing I should be doing this week is watching two hours of TV I've already seen, but it's ON. It's my BOYS. I have to watch it.

The power of Winchester compels me.
