Lorne: Snakes? Uh-huh. And they came out of your what? Okay. Okay, well, did they get up there themselves or is this part of a, you know, a thing? No, I'm not judging...Do we fight snakes? Angel: Only if they're giant. Or demons. Or giant demons. Are they giant demon snakes? Lorne: Well, unless this guy's 30 feet tall, I'm thinking they're of the garden variety.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

On June 15th Supernatural: The Complete First Season (review here) will be re-released on Blu-ray. Extras will include everything found in the original box set plus two additional features: # The Devil’s Road Map: Interactive Map Guide to Season One’s Urban Legends and Unusual Facts # Paley Festival Panel Discussion Featuring the Cast and Creators

The remaining supplements are commentary on "Pilot" by creator Eric Kripke, director David Nutter, and producer Peter Johnson; commentary on "Phantom Traveler" by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles; "Supernatural: Tales from the Edge of Darkness" featurette; "Day in the Life of Jared and Jensen" featurette; gag reel; and unaired/deleted scenes. Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Heh. My sister just sent me a link to a Supernatural vid. I'm not sure where she got it, because she doesn't watch. Maybe it's osmosis...

Quite melodramatic. Feels like a series pimping tool.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

It's a little over the top but so is my love for them so it balances. Squee!

I think I need to watch some more vids. That felt really good. I'm ususally amused when going through new videos that most of the songs used are the style that Kripke has tried to keep out of the series. Eh, sometimes the boys call for it.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I realized that I had unsubbed from this thread when I was two eps behind and suddenly I was 1,000 posts behind. Made for a fun read since it was rewatches, squee and lots of thinky thoughts.

Also I went and found a bunch of the vids I loved but had lost in some harddrive failure or another.

Anything you think worth sharing, Cass? ETA: You're back! Yays!

Oh I love the OTT vid! Like that surprises anybody. But yay, your sister, ita!

You're back! Yays!

I honestly never meant to leave. Kinda sad I missed so much really awesome converation. (eta: D'oh. Conversation, not converation. Though converation sounds like the conversation you'd have to convert people. I'm leaving that typo.)

Anything you think worth sharing, Cass?

I think almost all of the ones I dl'd were mentioned by either you or Plei. I mostly trawled Lum and Lithy after searching for ones I knew I needed.

All that I Am, Bricks, Evening on the Ground, Shuffle, Two Step...

Although Luminosity's Bricks might not have been mentioned. Because who doesn't think, "Yes, Winchesters" when faced with an Aretha Franklin / Metallica mashup and a quote from Devil's Advocate? I know I do.

There is one vid that I KNOW I want to refind but I cannot recall a damn thing about it other than it starts with the Impala slide from Croatoan and was a "Here, fall in love with this show" kind of vid. Which? Is so not enough for me to find it again so far.

And I am about to go connect up to the Tardis to see if I have more saved there. I think I have some backed up there.
