Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

It's a cool thing.

VERY cool.

I stand corrected. It's a VERY cool thing.

From a very cool person, encouraged by other very cool people.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Whoohoo Aldis Hodge!

And then, urm, pain.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

skipping massively to mention that I was in a bookstore and saw a copy of "Practical Enokian Magick".

Because books.

Heh. We need to get Sam and Dean a copy.

It is SO weird to see Hardison in fatigues and all murderous with Sammy.

Because books.

OH, and there's the Texas in JA's voice. When he's really into an emotional scene, it just seeps out.

::sniffles::

SAMMY!

The minute Dean asked for pie in the teaser my brain locked itself into kroki_reifur's denial picspam, and it hasn't made itself out yet. I can't wait to finish up this ep when I get home. And tomorrow is a great place for the season to break. I was glad when S1 ran right into S2 (Metallicar!), but I'm already anticipating S2 rewatching this weekend.

And possible Devour, while I'm under the influence.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

while I'm under the influence.

Of demons?

Because books.

If I wasn't trying to cram in the last of the Oscar noms we're going to watch before Sunday, I might join you in a Devour watch.

God, at some point we should do that here, for maximum snark. With alcohol, of course.

Of demons?

Will I need that much help?

Nah, I just need something disposable to watch Sunday morning when I come back from the ER. I always feel awake, but really I'm knocked out on horseloads of dilaudid, so I don't muchly retain what I'm watching. Not at my most critical, sounds perfect for Devour.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

That does sound like a pretty much ideal setup for watching Devour.

ION, I am feeling deprived that the only pictures of the PadaCortese wedding I've seen is one of some random chick hugging a seated JA at the reception and one of the JJs and Cliff in their tuxes.
