I've watched the first 4 clips from the Chicago Con, am going to watch the next 4 in a bit. Hoping to see other magical moments.
I forget which clip, I think it could have been when they were talking about their dreams, but Jared's Texas came out in a big way. Made me giggle. And Jensen answering about having kids was such a real answer. I mean, the boys usually joke and play off a lot of the questions about their personal lives. Yet, that was from the heart.
Anyone know why JA (as Dean) hasn't been wearing his ring and bracelet in a while?
Re: the ring, I seem to recall that he whumped part of his hand (and that the nail damage we see in 5x10 was real).
I remember spotting the bruised nail! But it totally escaped me he hadn't had the ring on.
Yes, the jewelry needs to return! I doubt the amulet has been forgotten. Maybe they are hoping we will forget so it can be a ohhhhh-ahhhhh moment.
I can see the tats that allude to the show (the symbol, latin phrases...), but the more specific tats? Oy.
Naming your kid Dean Jensen...well, I guess by the time the kid is old enough to ask where the name comes from, only some fans of the show will remember and make the connection. Hopefully? Both are nice names and I can see being inspired. I just doubt I would combine them.
I guess with the baby's name you could always say you just really liked the name. I can see even husbands buying that excuse. A tatoo (of a real person's name) though..I don't know what you use as an excuse when they come with the white coats.

But what's the point of IDing it as a God-detector and then removing it? It would be terribly cheap if it was some way for the boys to have met God since Castiel took it away, and just not know.
Do we assume Cas has it in his pocket? Warm the hearts of Destiel fangirls everywhere and is wearing it under his clothes?

The birthdays are kinda sketch.
I think they've been pretty good about not leaving loose ends; I'm assuming the amulet will show up again before season's end.
I am also shamefully fond of chibi!Winchesters. (But not tattoo fond, to be clear.)
After watching too much youtube, I have to share a clip from the CreationCon Breakfast. Toward the end of it, they are talking about how familiar they are with handling the weapons while other actors are not. They are such goofs.
If I were to get a SPN-related tattoo it would have to be a devil's trap, like the one on Bobby's ceiling. I think the graphics of the various different traps are pretty. I guess I need to find me a copy of the big book Sam borrowed in Salvation and Devil's Trap.
If I was, you know, ever to get a tattoo.
