Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Maybe the boys will be like RDA towards the end of Stargate or ASH at the end of the run of Buffy and will just make appearances.
They are both contractually obligated to continue as written for the sixth season. If the network decides to renew SPN after S6, with his contract obligations over, I think Jared will run like a rabbit. They might get him back for guest appearances.
If Jensen gets another job, I think he'll leave, as well, after S6. But he is serious about his income, so unless he comes up with another job, if they want him back he might stay.
But he is serious about his income, so unless he comes up with another job, if they want him back he might stay.
Where did you hear he was concerned about his income? I thought the one remark he made about finding work was pretty offhand, and more about finding and landing decent roles.
It's an impression I've gotten from comments he's made at various times. I could be reading in, but I've gotten the impression he'd rather be working than not, that he gets a little anxious if he doesn't have a current job. Which is totally normal, of course. I just hope it doesn't lead him to take a job because it's quick rather than wait for something better.
Well, his last gig might not get widespread acclaim, but I'm pretty sure Red Hood will be a better role for him than
My Bloody Valentine.
Man, my TV screen will be a poorer place for not having him on it.
Hmm. Now I want him to do a project with Enver Gjokaj.
JP seems much more accessibly castable. I'm sure he'll be around.

Really? I mean, I think he's really castable, too, but I think the same of JA. I could see him in a Western, or playing a husband/dad in a drama or a thriller.
JA and Enver? Hee! Now I just really want to see Enver do Dean. Awesomeness to contemplate.
(pssst, ita. Austin left a request for a name change in Bureaucracy.)

That's what I've been thinking as well. He stresses that he's been working since he left Dallas and that was a long time ago. I get the impression that he works really hard because he knows all of his friends don't get that chance.
JA and Enver Gjokaj? Omg, I need to start writing the fic now.

Hee. Yes, I'm twelve years old.
You know who of the new actors is as pretty as JA was in Dark Angel? Matthew Bomer of White Collar imho. Right now is his prime. Enver has such nice cheek bones that he may still improve with time. Wow, I need to stop objectifying.

Thanks Bev. It seems like a natural move.
coco puffs:
Well I thought it was natural. To see it in actual is a little disconcerting. I'll get used to it.
I can't put my finger on why I think JP is more castable. I do think that JA is the better actor, but mostly I don't think they care.
Still, someone give JA a network sitcom and JP some movie work. Later.
(And Matt Bomer is painfully pretty--best puppy dog eyes on TV right now--which makes me realise that if Enver isn't going to be on Leverage right away, he could be on White Collar)

I've gotten obsessed with the idea of Dean meeting up with Jax from Sons of Anarchy. And yeah, I do mean porn this time.
