Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm gonna stay optimistic on this one. I do really really like some of those episodes you've listed.

Think maybe she could go all grrl power?

Because books.

Oh, I'm always optimistic. And I do love Sera. But it feels a little like letting someone finish your novel for you. Which, even if it's another fantastic writer, it's ... just not the same?

But I'll be watching, either way.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Well, Kripke only had five seasons in his head, so he's going to finish his novel, and Gamble gets to write the official sequel.

He might not have had a detailed S6 in his head, but Sera made it sound like S6 has been up for discussion this whole time. He may have more of his hands in it than an official sequel implies.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Total non-sequitor, but I had the weirdest dream last night that Jim Beaver was one of our Independent Learning instructors for online classes at UW. He taught English (not too surprising, he's written a book.)

IOactualSPNN, I'm hoping with a female show runner we just might get a more robust treatment of women. Some who actually stay around for a while. They don't have to get involved with the boys, they just have to be there regularly. Please?

One more season is more like an epilogue than a sequel, though.

True. If that's all we get. Which I'm okay with. But if the show keeps doing well, I imagine they'll try to turn it into Smallville.

Man, I wish I had saved Mystery Spot for rewatch. Damn. I forgot how much I loved that.

Croatoan yesterday was delicious. Great interaction, great individual work, plus portents of pain.

And Hunted today gets you delicious Ava!
