Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Sneak peek for next week.
I thought that the promo shown last night was confusing - this may clarify things.
It's a body-swap episode, right? That's what I got from the promo.
Looks like.
"Pudding!" is going to be popping randomly into my head today, as well as the shot of his ankles.
Nice touch with the sound effects in that scene.
Thank dog!!! I was wondering if I had imagined those sound effects. It had me laughing like crazy.
I blipped back on the dvr a couple of times because I knew I must be hallucinating the sound effect. Nope. It was in the show all right.
Hope everyone is having a Happy Dean Day.
(January 24th - Dean's birthday.)
And yesterday was National Pie Day! Coincidence? I think not!
Yesterday was National Pie Day?
I can't believe I missed out on such a very important holiday!
Loved the "You can't leave me!" "I'd do anything for you but stay, Dean." scene from Shadow. In reading around I get the impression JA thought it was OOC for Dean, but coupling that with the bare supplication he showed his father later in the episode, it worked for me--he's just that much of a family beast. Later on he'd sacrifice for DeanSam to have a normal life, but not yet, I guess.
edited to correct brother. why can't I get them straight yet?
And the bit where they hug John... ::sigh:: He's still an ass, though.
McG's Wonderland shingle and Warner Bros. TV are plotting a spinoff to the CW's long-running spooky drama "Supernatural." But rather than produce it for TV, the new show -- "Ghostfacers" -- is heading straight for the Internet.
[...]
n a twist, "Ghostfacers" will preem on TheWB.com -- the interactive/video-on-demand website that emerged from the ashes of the WB television network (where "Supernatural" first bowed). The series will also appear on the CW's website.
Wonderland has already begun production on the project, which will initially run as 10 three-minute episodes.
"Ghostfacers" follows a team of ghost hunters who tape their exploits in documentary fashion.[...]
"Ghostfacers" stars A.J. Buckley ("CSI: NY"), Travis Wester ("Bones"), Brittany Ishibashi ("Supernatural") and Austin Basis ("Life Unexpected").
Besides starring in "Ghostfacers," Buckley and Wester are also writers on the project, along with Patrick Doody and Chris Valenziano. "Ghostfacers" is exec produced by McG, Peter Johnson, Jeff Grosvenor, Eric Kripke and Phil Sgriccia.
