Angel: Connor, this is Spike and Illyria. Guys, this is Connor. Connor: Hi. umm...I like your outfit. Illyria: Your body warms. This one is lusting after me. Connor: Oh...no, I--I--it's just that it's the outfit. I guess I've had a thing for older women. Angel: They were supposed to fix that.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Man, Beaver and Ackles can rock an emotional scene, can't they?

How far did you see it before you lost the feed?

Dean was telling Bobby that he's family...

Dean said that he and Sam don't have much left, and that he can't do it without Bobby. Bobby's family, and he doesn't ever want to hear Bobby talk about checking out again. Bobby said okay (I think he may have said thank you and may have said he needed to hear that; I should have listened more closely... I was kind of distracted by the pretty at that point) and asked if they could get out of the room before they grew lady parts. Dean agreed, picked up a partially eaten hamburger and threw it away. He said "Let's go, Ironsides!"

Bobby grumbled "Oh that one's staying, huh?" and looked sadly skyward toward the camera and the show ended.

Everyone else please fill in whatever I missed.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Morgana, I was a little bit bored too, enen though the actor totally did have a lot of Dean down. It just took a little while for that to grow on me. I got into it after a while.

Man, Beaver and Ackles can rock an emotional scene, can't they?

And then, riveted. The Ackles sure can bring it.

And I loved Sam in the poker game. Using the emo, rather than letting it run roughshod over him. And doesn't that tie in nicely with the scene a few weeks ago and Dean's speech about how they're each others' weakness and everyone knows it.

I also loved Sam not being emo about Dean's agedness, and not letting up on giving him shit about it for a moment.

Because books.

There were a lot of excellent lines tonight, too.

"It's like Mission: Pathetic."

"You're going to need to put down that cheeseburger."

"You're adorable." "And dangerous!"

And the Emperor Palpatine and grumpy old men lines, too.

I take back a little of what I said about bored because Bobby and old Dean bickering totally made me realize how much Bobby and actual Dean bicker like a couple of old men.

Kneel before Glod. ~Stephen Colbert

Loved the episode. LOVED! I loved no angels, no demons, no apocalypse--just Boys and Bobby and reasserting the fundamentals of Supernatural: family. I even liked Patrick! Total babe! ::Happy Sigh::
