"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

I'm watching the rebroadcast of "Sympathy For the Devil" and couldn't look at the screen when demon!Bobby was doing the smackdown of Sam. It's not that I don't think that Sam is culpable and he doesn't need to have a face-to-face sitdown with the important people in his life to discuss what was done and the consequences, it's just that that scene is so hurtful.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I thought Misha was lovely in the interview, now that I can watch it. She was annoying and cloying and coy, though.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Misha made me want to glare at him with stern Batman eyebrows and say, "HEY! You! STOP POKING THE FOURTH WALL, MISTER." except for the times when I was distracted by the whole "Ooo! PRETTY!" factor.

I need to learn that my computer does in fact have a mute button.

Because books.

Misha didn't bother me. She was trying way too hard to be flirty and *fun*, though.

He has only read part of one slash story...which kinda surprised me. He struck me as the kind of guy who would pull a Simon Pegg.

He claims he's only read part of one. I found it only slightly more believable than the notion of his virginity.

Maybe the other stuff he's read is what he's written. So it doesn't count.

Could SO easily be true.

My favorite was when he started goofing on how horrible the Js are and apparently his publicist perked up from across the room, as in, "Oh, dude, don't go there." She's clearly Not in the Know when it comes to their teasing.

How the flip did I miss that Show was on hiatus? Geesh. I kept out of the thread at East Coast start time and was wondering why there was minimal posting. Duh.

When do we get new episodes?

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Well, he was pretty restrained, for Mish. It was the girl doing the interview who gave me the motts with some of her questions and the way she asked them. ::shudder::

Beverly is me. She made me cringe, but Misha didn't, on this occasion - he totally cracked me up when he caught sight of the publicist off camera giving him the What The Hell? look.

As to the pretty...I honestly don't know whether I find him attractive. I think that I would, in person, because he's bright and funny and interesting, but I don't ever find myself mesmerised by the pretty. (Whereas I can't help being aware of Jensen's prettiness, even when I'm being impressed by his mad acting skillz.)

This past couple of days I've been on holiday, and although obviously The Killing Fields and Angkor Wat were the major impressive things, I must admit that I was inordinately excited about (1) having a bath, rather than a shower, and (2) having a television with lots of interesting channels. (I've not actually bothered to get cable for my apartment, 'cause it seemed like a bit of a waste of money when I mostly just buy shows on DVD and mainline them, so I've not really had telly for three and a half years.) Anyway, yes - I was sort of mesmerised. Watched C.S.I, then C.S.I Miami, then C.S.I New York, all for the first time - and was delighted to find Misha was on one of them! Yay! Unexpected!Misha!
