I didn't get the impression that Anna was one of the four who'd had direct contact when she was describing the situation. I suspect Gabriel is someone else as yet unseen and unmentioned.
My money's on Lucifer being the fourth.
That does make sense, as the falling out seemed to be intensely personal.
