I was biting my hand throughout the whole brothel scene. The look of horror on Castiel's face had me equally horrified and in stitches.
I missed something. When Dean and Cas left the whorehouse, they apparently went through a door and Dean was laughing and then said something about how it's been years since he left that way. Bwah? Left through a door? Obviously I lost something. Did anyone else catch it?
