That's what I'm trying to figure out! I didn't see any smoke, no black eyes, nada. And then Sam got all hypnotized by the blood, which might not even be demon blood and it just makes me want to cry.
I like the way the walls go out. Gives you an open feeling. Firefly is a good design. People don't appreciate the substance of things. Objects in space. People miss out on what's solid.
