do you mean Sleepy Hollow's FX budget is much bigger?
We actually get to see not just monsters, but the transitions. I can't help but think how much SPN has done without showing much, and how much they dared to. I don't know how well the dragons worked, for instance, but I respect them for trying to put dragons in their mythology, rather than sticking to the scope of their budget, which must be vanishingly small.
I know the last time I looked, three or four years ago, SPN had the lowest price for ads on the CW. I'm just grateful about the breadth of what they've done, considering. I just imagine the budget for wardrobe on, say, Arrow and and am just grateful we keep getting renewed.
I'm confused -- why is the 200th episode not on tonight? They had some big party for it last night in L.A.! But my station is reairing the special, and IMdB says the episode is slated for Nov. 11.
Signed,
I thought it was tonight! Now I'm bummed.
Because election coverage? That was my assumption. Only Fox appears to be airing new episodes of regular programming tonight if I am reading my onscreen guide right.
That works for me...wasn't going to be able to watch tonight anyway. But I had been looking forward to having it on TIVO when I get home.
That does make sense. Oh well.
huh ... you'd think elections and demons would be a perfect pairing
I was just coming here to ask Amy's question. I love this place.
Given the proclivities for the local affiliates' endless chyrons of election results and CW advertisements, we wouldn't be able to see anything on the screen anyway. :-/
It was so confusing to me because they had the party in L.A. last night! Seems weird that the episode is actually airing a week later, but whatever.
I keep thinking about the writers saying the 200th episode is a love letter to fans. Which, if it were literally true, would be quite an episode, right?
Dean would work on the Impala, shirtless.
Sam would do pull-ups, shirtless.
Castiel would pledge his love to Dean, shirtless. Dean would embrace him, shirtless, before the screen fades to black.
And yet, later Sam and Dean would embrace, shirtless, before the screen fades to black.
Dean would ask Sam to get him pie; Dean would eat pie, shirtless.
"Bitch.""Jerk." More than once, and not with Crowley.
What am I forgetting?
