A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I would subscribe to that channel, yes. In a hurry.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Cafe De Labeill (or do we call her La La Lettie now? Or Lettie Bo Bettie--she active at that tumblr now?) already did the fanonical child of Cas and Dean--a very cute kid called Zeppelin. I think people have written stories from the pictures, some she's their adopted kid (rescued on a hunt--no one seems to do that so much anymore, what with a/b/o and MPREG on the rise), some she's their biological kid so she can do angel stuff. Lettie said she was hatched.

You ever really love an artist but wish they would stretch, both in content and in style? That's me and her art. She's so amazingly talented, but if you all the way through her work, it can be repetitive if that's not your bag.

I've bought two non-textile fanart products (I wouldn't count (like literally 1-2-3 count, they Count count as fanart for sure) my t-shirts at this point, and I now have one hung print) and one was one of her advent booklets. I think it's the only advent booklet I've ever bought, and it's chock full of sweet.

But even her scary is sweet, and her sexy is sweet. Maybe she's that sweet. Maybe that's what she needs to do. Even her self-portrait is sweet.

But, no, looking more--her commissions seem to be pulling her in different directions. That's great. She could charge good coin for those and be eternally besieged.

And her talent looks consistent from the days when she was in Batfandom (I don't know if she's in any fandom now, not as much as either of those). I wish I could find some of that. it was so good, and she must have been so young. Still is pretty young. I'm so impressed by her.

Oh, hey--her ClinTasha looks wholeheartedly grown up. I didn't follow her much then, because the ship does nothing for me.

Hmm. I think I have a larger fandom question for the mainpage thread.

What I was meaning to say and completely got distracted from, was...I wonder if drawing them would be fun. I'm not so good at my own character design because I don't have extensive references...

Because books.

Wow, I love the ClinTasha.

I love her stuff, but it's very stylized, and a lot of it does have a cuteness to it.

Yeah, when I imagine them as not the two most boring people in the Avengers, I kinda love that picture. So well framed, and perfect choice of colour.

You know, I think when I whine that I don't know if I have a style, most of it is not being stylised, even when I try. Not exactly the point, huh?

Because books.

There's a difference between style and stylized, though. Anything more realistic can have a particular style (use of color, hard or light lines, etc.), but when your art is stylized, it has more uniformity, and it's usually slightly exaggerated in the same ways consistently.

I think the last art class I took was in tenth grade, though, so take that with a grain of salt.

Could you say how I exaggerate consistently?

I updated my sigil page with reaper-related (yeah, angels, pointless retcon, whatevs). Can you think of anything else the boys or anyone else draws that I'm missing?

I didn't mean *your* particular style was stylized, ita. I was being lazy with language. I meant "when art is stylized, it has more uniformity ..." Sorry to be unclear.

Although I might have to revise that statement since I can no look through AN ENTIRE ARRAY of ita art that arrived in the mail today! Thank you so much! Your art has come so frigging far, and I love what you're doing with color now.

I did have to snatch the pile away from Sara, though, until I make sure it's all SFChild. ;-)

It should be SFC, but the next packet doesn't need to be, nudge nudge, wink wink.

Whatever you need to uncover..consistencies.

Because books.

You know what I'd love to be able to do? Ask the Js the questions no one ever seems to ask at cons, and the things you can't really ask.

Like, for Jared: How close did you come to snagging the Conan role?

Do you like your hair long, or is it strictly for the show?

Did you realize how small that motorcycle looked under you in Friday the 13th?

What do you see yourself doing after Supernatural? Just the wine business, or will you continue acting?

For Jensen: Will you keep acting when Supernatural is done? Or will you focus on directing?

Did you really not mind that Danneel wanted to name the baby Justice?

Do you sing at home, or just with friends? Have you ever written a song?

And for both of them, favorite city in the world, favorite book, and five desert island albums.

Because apparently I imprinted on Tiger Beat at a really young age, I guess.
