I'm wondering if they'll go to Toronto since it seems to be more urban than Supernatural.
Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
I suppose that is possible.
I'm betting Toronto.
This week's Girl on Guy is with Misha. Haven't heard it yet, but I'm assuming it will be entertaining, because Misha.
I haven't listened yet, either, but I bookmarked it.
I'm also about to start feeling uncharitable toward tonight's writers. This pair seems to love writing Dean as stupid and tasteless, too.
But my new hashtag will be #FanOfDean'sBeard.
So we got 30-some minutes of absolutely pointless plot (with a ridiculous monster) just so Sam could finally point out what Dean has been doing forever (and used to KNOW he was doing, since back in S2 he admitted he couldn't live without Sam or whatever)?
And next week we get Snooki? Really?
I have a really hard time believing no one objected to at least parts of this script.
I wonder if this among other scripts is why the J's were meeting with the writers a couple of months back.
Jared is so thin. I wish I had half his metabolism.

I object to parts of the script. I just don't think any Powers That Be care. But it's getting harder and harder to care about the show. Mostly I hope the actors are making bank for the last few seasons because they deserve it for all the happiness they brought fans early on.

Oh, me too. I just can't imagine that there wasn't some cringing filming some of those scenes.

I don't know how far in advance they're written, but yeah.
It was pretty clear from the start of S8 that Sam wouldn't have saved Dean, as he said. What I don't get is why Dean doesn't understand that already. Making Sam say it to Dean's face seems cruel, although it's probably necessary. But ... isn't there another road they could have been traveling by now?
I also don't get why Sam can have character growth but Dean can't. Sam was determined to save Dean all through S3, and when he couldn't, he was dead set on vengeance in S4. But HE LEARNED something from that.
I'm so furiously disappointed and disgusted, it's a little unnerving. And I'm reading gushing tweets about ALL THE FEELS and TEARS and BOYS and I just don't get it.
and I just don't get it.
Me either.
I think the show just isn't for me anymore. Not fannishly. I watched the last ep folding laundry and that was enough attention for it. It hurts to say that. And I don't want to harsh other's experience. I just am out of squee.
