Because books.

I like her, ita. Especially love the tats.

I'm happy to see anything SPN-related here, although I agree with Anne about the fanfic discussions a lot of the time. The really in-depth discussion of particular stories doesn't interest me because I don't read most of it, but that just comes down to skipping over it really.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I know it's not nice to laugh at people's parenting choices, but their mutual disbelief was hysterical.

That's always funny. As a non-parent. Other peoples' realities are strange to other strangers.

human Impala. Interesting that she's non-white in a lot of them.

Cause she's black. Also because a lot of humans aren't white. But my first impulse is that Baby is black, she just is. And wears silver jewelry.

(bad memories of the Boxed Set embargo)

I haven't been in that thread since. I just ... can't? Don't want to try? It was an unpleasant time, basically.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Yes, me too, Cass. I miss it sometimes, but not enough to push back against that feeling.

I'm sitting with Anne and Amy. Since I don't read the Dean/Castiel fics I find myself doing a lot of skimming.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Thanks for the compliments on the pic.

A few years ago, I think she'd have been whiter in more. I'm not complaining.

I find myself doing a lot of skimming.

Isn't that, you know, the internet? I don't think there's a thread, especially a TV-related thread, that I read every discussion in. I don't expect to. I don't have every conversation in a room, even if everyone in it is my friend. I mean...I didn't know it was a thing, I just thought it was. Everywhere. Oh.

Oh, that's why the weird crack in the asphalt. Pretty cool. Would be cooler with more bowlegs, but isn't that just SPN art?

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Skimming is going to happen in every online environment. I think, though, that if the skimming happens due to something you think is off-topic, it can be annoying. In this case, though, fan works are on topic for the thread, and are integral to a lot of peoples enjoyment of the thread.

Edit: That's a great t shirt design!

I just realised how badly I need this. I need to finish it by hand drawing a devil's trap for the corners, but since I can't find a McGill one, that is the next thing on the list I want to tell complete strangers.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I just got my Doctorate of Gishology. I didn't even play this year. Oh well, I think I'm going to print it and hang it in my work office - see if anyone notices.
