( continues...) I think I mentioned Decency and Desire before--it's a Regency romance WIP, with closeted Jo/Charlie as well as closeted D/C. It's a little too clever for its own good (or for mine) because she's saying stuff through Shakespeare that I just don't get (especially when it comes to Gabe's opinions), but I do like the Regency tone, and it seems well researched and true to the premise.

Grotesque is a D/C Beauty and the Beast. It kind of devolved into schmoopy, and she lost her grip on Castiel, but the first seven or so chapters were delicious--maybe it'll pick up again, or maybe just more naked sex everywhere. EITHER WAY.

Shit, which one is the baseball story--Dean's a pitcher, Cas is the...huh, how am I just seeing this now?...catcher, slow burn, more detail about baseball than I care about, but since it's character work through the sport, I get it. JESUS. Way to hide yourself by being too clever: Hey, baby. What's your sign?. WIP, maligns John (some of the others may too, it's just too FUCKING HARD TO AVOID) but at least she tagged it.

AO3 question. Is there a way to filter search results? I love a good AU but when I'm in the mood for non-AU I find them damn near impossible to unearth from the AU haystack there.

The filtering is pretty good, but it's only inclusive. So unless people have been tagging canon(ish) stories as such, I don't know how you could. Any tag you want, any text you want-bingo. What you don't want (like a minus-whatever-ship search) I think we're out of luck.

I totally fell of the D/C bandwagon. Got tired of scrolling through groped by an angel and just seeing "Lyric from an Florence + the Machine Song part 78/?" and haven't tried the Ao3 well yet. Too many Avengers fics to read.
