Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

( continues...) just uninteresting implementations

That's crap fics. When it comes to meta character discussions or gifsets or other ways to get opinions without narrative, I have determined no patterning that seems to follow OTPs.

edit: shit ita ! Opine much?

Annalee's writing this week's recap, but she said she'll leave the rest for me.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Ellen is also perfect.

To be fair, this doesn't significantly deviate from canon in my eyes.

I like the Ellen that initially reacted negatively to Jo hunting, and the Ellen that bristled at the Winchesters because she still harboured issues about Bill's death. This Ellen who cooks the perfect food and is the mother the boys never had is boring in comparison.

Do we canonically know anything about her cooking?

I don't think so, other than she must have done something right with it considering how Jo grew up. I don't recall any specific mentions.

John and Dean failed to starve Sam to death. I don't think there's a line between "is the best cook ever" and "did something right" and "didn't do something irreparably wrong".

So Felicia and the CW_Supernatural account are teasing the emotion of sadness for tonight. You've been warned.

If only it weren't the stonerrific "Dude, the game is, like, REAL!" episode that every genre show seems obligated to do.
