Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't see any reason the tablets needed to pop up before they did, though. It's perfectly consistent for no one to know anything about them--it's not as if they finally flipped to the last page of John's journal and got wind of it there. No one knew what Leviathan was, where they lived, nothing. Except the Leviathan themselves, who were also the ones who brought the tablet into the story. It would be purposeless to the narrative otherwise.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I suspect it's too early to open up the end of year thread, but I just got a Thanksgiving card from my B.Org secret santa.

Since the return address is 1452 Winchester Lane Lawrence Kansas, this seems like an okay place to say thanks.

Thanks! and thanks again for the wine!

Rats, I'm going to be working late tonight, and may not get home in time to rearrange furniture so my TV is visible from the hall.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Oh what's not to love about a little cracky role-playing?!

Just saw the promo (I've cancelled my tv service and am relying on iTunes, and hence am missing the nextlies). That was painful to watch. And yet, at least I had more context, what with Cas' recent insanity and Cas mentioning how he'd missed tv.

C'mon, the role-playing fic!

Okay, okay, that will also be painful.

I keep telling myself that Cas still has teh krzy when I think about why he's still so different from the likes of Balthazar and Gabriel.

Is it that those two chose to disappear while still retaining their angelness? Even Uriel seemed more human than Cas. Why is Cas so awkward and My Science Project? Why is he now gleaning info in how to deal with humans via TV shows than he had over millenia of observation? (Let's ignore the meta for now: the writers want it that way).

So you don't think the cartoonishness of the face imprint in the skillet is related to anything else in the trailer, or are you referring to something I haven't seen? All I know of is the trailer after last week's ep.

Huh, there was no skillet in the promos I was able to stumble across.

I can only remember two scenes. On where Dean gets smashed in the face with a skillet, and you see the imprint on the other side, all nice and slapsticy, and the BAD COP /BAD EVERYTHING exchange.

Alright! My time to duck out.

This feels to me like it's either going to involve the Trickster/Gabriel somehow, or that Good Omens ripoff kid that I'd fervently hoped we'd never see or hear from again.

I have to admit I laughed at the cat.

I'm going to have to rewatch this, because I'm recreating an address list as I watch. I'm missing too much!
