I still think, whether not not Dean shouldn't have called same, Sam should have yelled quietly at him! If MY sister and I were badass hunters (I think we'd not be bad, if we'd been trained as kids; we're both pretty snarky and pragmatic and would cut a bitch) I'd be whispering "Goddammit, you stupid little bitch, what the FUCK were you thinking? I'll be there, and then I will kill you."

To me, that scenario is always up to the person on the hunt. He made the call, he kept the call volume high, and clearly he put the phone down and moved away. If at any time it was unsafe to be on a call then (since nothing was urgent to discuss) it's up to him not to make it, not up to Sam to realise that Dean would call him pointlessly at a really risky moment.

Also, the incest isn't canon, by a long shot. With two other actors in the roles, it might not even be imaginable.

A quick Google reveals the existence of "Charmed" incest fic. So I'm pretty sure if the show has siblings and a fandom, there WILL be an incest contingent.
I think you're missing, "attractive", and "fandom" isn't necessary, it seems. I've seen requests for Hansel/Gretel fic, and has there even been a trailer yet?
I ran across Buffy/Joyce and Buffy/Joyce/Dawn and Buffy/Dawn fics at some point. There was also this really long really bad story up on fanfic that crossed Xena and Hercules and Highlander with Buffy. See, Buffy,Joyce and Faith are all immortals. In fact they are sold that Buffy is really Xena. And Kevin Sorbo is really Hercules so they made sure that Xena was tall and dark hair and Buffy was called Gabrielle and made the side kick.
And Buffy got her name because her Immortal mentor/lover swam from Greece to the Americas and saw buffalo and called them buffalo and that reminded him of Buffy so he swam back and started calling Buffy Buffy for the buffalo.
I also read Principal Synder/Buffy and worst thing about that was reading how Buffy felt ashamed and she could feel Synder's seed sloshing around in her womb as she walked home.
