Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I'm thinking I won't be able to wait, although I like the idea of a slow savor. I went back to read through the thread, and quickly realized that I need to go back to the old one and work through while watching, but not reading ahead.

It is so very nice to be back at b.org and I might actually be able to keep up with this thread!

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

It's good to have you back, libkitty! And in what better place than here, among the Kool-aid lovers! Welcome, and glad to have you. I really envy you, getting to watch it all brand new.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just got this reply on io9:

Sam was about to start med school before his dad disappeared in the first episode

I replied, because I reply, but some people cannot have Show conversations.

Because books.

Welcome to the family, libkitty.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Sam was about to start med school before his dad disappeared in the first episode

That's a fairly significant mistake, IMO. If Sam was interested in medicine, there would be a crossover applicability to the hunting life that there really isn't with law (research skills aside). Hmm... I wouldn't want to write it, but it could make for an interesting AU.

ION, Reversebang art has been turned in, for better or for worse.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

And in what better place than here, among the Kool-aid lovers!

Just a word of warning -- stay away from the comments areas on other boards. That way lies swift anger and head 'splosions.

Morgana speaks the truth.

I've not been real inclined to go to other boards, although I appreciate the warning. I tried that with Firefly, and it was ok for awhile, but it seemed to devolve. B.org is my one true board. I can't always keep up here, but so far, no other board has made me want to try.

Part of me is curious now. But I don't want to ruin my pure love, so no apples for me.

Kool-aid, apples. Kind of sad metaphors I'm coming up with.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

If you are selective in who you follow, Tumblr can be fun. And very pretty.

Because books.

Yeah, Tumblr is very pretty, and sometimes really funny, but you have to screen pretty rigorously for non-Wincest. Just FYI.
