Amusing SPN related t-shirt from Cafepress.
Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
It really looked like it skeeved Mitch Pileggi, too. He looks like he is being made to kiss Ernest Borgnine instead of Amy Gumenick. ???
Austin - that on the set video is from Fresh Blood - so not at all spoilery.
Oh, that t-shirt's priceless.
F, C, M?
I like them all, although I don't think I'd want to marry any of them. John's too broken, Dean has no idea how to be in a relationship, and Sam's too dangerous.
F Dean and John (separately!), and that's about it.
sumi, I'm glad you and Bev knew that, 'cause I had no clue. Which reminds me that I have realized that although I love this show beyond reason, I would fail miserably at SPN trivia. Buffy, I can picture almost every detail, but SPN, not as much. I probably haven't seen the episodes as many times yet. That's probably it.
Y'all knew about my little preoccupation with Cliff, right? I just learned he played Tiny in Folsom Prison Blues. Hee.
You're all looking at me funny now, aren't you? No, IDEK. ::shrugs, looks sheepish, yet unrepentant::
And just so I really earn the funny looks? FCM, J,D,S?
John, sit on a porch somewhere and drink beer, listen if he decides to talk. Otherwise, just...sit.
Dean, sit in a bar somewhere and drink...whatever. Flirt with no agenda, trash talk and get him laughing ('cause I'm pretty good at that), send him back to his motel in a better mood.
Sam, sit in a library somewhere and throw bitty wads of paper at him to piss him off, make faces at him, get us yelled at by the librarian, get him tickled, and buy him a mocha latte to make up for getting us kicked out of the library. Talk our heads off all afternoon and send him back to Dean smiling.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Bev's idea of sexassin' the Winchesters. I never claimed not to be weird and strange, though seldom callous.
I haven't seen it yet, but cool Amy!
Bev, I don't think you sound strange at all. A summer night on the front porch, drinking beers with John sounds like Heaven.
Has anybody heard anything about the Vancouver thing yet? I'm so pathetic.
Forgive me if this has been discussed already, but in "Lazarus Rising", does anyone have any thoughts about Ruby's complete lack of reaction to seeing Dean alive and out of hell and standing at their motel door? Surely, she recognized Dean. I can understand her playing it cool while the guys are getting reacquainted, but that initial moment throws me.
I realize Kripke couldn't immediately tip his hand that this new girl is Ruby, but that reaction either spoke to poor characterization on the part of the writers and director in that scene OR did Ruby know this was happening?
Thoughts?
I don't see any way she doesn't know, I think she has to be just playing dumb from the start. What's more interesting to me is how quickly and totally Sam picks up and plays along.
