Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't think I'm gonna ship what everyone ships, not for real. And it seems to be the dominant ship...even more than John/Sherlock, for crying out loud. While people don't take apart the canon relationships, they also don't seem to make them primary.

I muttered something about wanting gen on tumblr, and Daunt sent me a message saying she was wanting gen too, so I feel vindicated--if she can't find it, it's hiding real well.

But, damn, the degree to which I love Stiles and want him to have anyone he sets his sights on--that's fun. It's not Supernatural size or shape, but I'm really fond of the kid, and I'd steal him in a hot second.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Stiles is awesome, it is true.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Today I was trying to convince a coworker to watch Pushing Daisies, which led me to breaking out my DVDs. Now I want a PD/Supernatural crossover, where Dean has bromantic feelings for Ned and romantic feelings for Ned's pie and Ned is creeped out. Dean is also conflicted about Ned's delicious undead pie.

The only thing I would want out of a PD crossover would be a big dose of "now this, this is a problem, whiner."

Just a little bit not a fan.

Because books.

I think I only ever watched the first two episodes, and I don't remember much about it except that it seemed like David Lynch at Disneyworld.

It felt like the whimsy of Wonderfalls without the compensating factor of Tim.

Which? It pretty much was. I love Lee Pace *so* much, and the rest of the cast was strong. The production design was engrossing, captivating.

But the actual plots, the emotional arcs I was supposed to get caught up in?

Left me utterly cold.

For the record, I should cop to not liking Dead Like Me much either. As much as I encouraged Colin to go for the Munster role, it wasn't...okay, fine, it's never... all about me.

Ugh, could not get into DLM. Left me cold. But I was captivated by the unbearable sweetness of PD. Which is also why I think that a SPN/PD crossover would work. A little rock salt for all that sugar.

I can't see them meshing at all, really, for that reason. It's like the kitten-rescuing curtain fics where Cas frowns at Dean until he teetotals, and Sam becomes a well-respected lecturer at the local law school.

Basically--either the Ugly Sweater!Verse, or the mute!Cas verse.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I would love to see a SPN crossover with Wonderfalls. I think the tone could mesh with SPN's goofier side. Also, Dean vs. Jaye would be epic.

For a minute, I thought you said JaYne, and I realized the Firefly crossovers are probably there for a reason. I would totally watch/read that, and Wonderfalls, too.

God, Jaye's skepticism blow off the top of her head, despite her talking brass monkey.
