I love to see someone surprised by the show's smarts, Bev.
This makes me happy. And nervous.
Me, too. What makes me sad is the amount of grammar mistakes in that article.
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

Right? Well, she does say she's only up to S3, so her opinion could change. I do know people who mainlined the eps after the fact whose favorite season is three. It's difficult to grasp, but there you have it. I guess it plays differently if you're not waiting every week out and suffering through a strike-hiatus.
I know Kripke kept a hand in with Sera. He had oversight, he got the scripts, was in the room for story breaking when he wanted to be, he had veto power over storylines he disliked. I know he has other projects he's working on. I wonder at what--if any--level he's still involved with SPN.
I like this exchange in a Teen Wolf crossover. I haven't read much outsider!POV in a while, and I miss it:
“The Winchesters?” Johnny repeated. “I thought they were an urban legend.”
“Definitely not,” Zoe laughed. “Never went up against them myself, but I know plenty of people who died doing so. They say the Winchesters don’t die. If they do, they come back.”
Johnny rolled his eyes and waved his hands around. “Oh yes, of course. Immortal hunters. That makes perfect sense.”
I can certainly see how it looks that way. However, the story which started promisingly has just written the Beacon Hills kids as sentimental saps. Dean's telling them the short version of their history, and Jackson almost starts crying. And then Dean says heaven was amazing. I---how can he possibly have positive memories about that? I hadn't even given that a thought until now, and...no, I disagree.
This [link] just came to mind. What other things are mean?
(Psst. Heat of the Moment, not Morning.)
There's really microcosmic support for Cassiel or Castiel being the angel of Thursday. I find that randomly disappointing--I'm not sure why I suddenly need the show to be in line with anything in the real world.
It just would have been COOL dammit.
Why do you need more proof than that's the name they gave him?
Head canon, dear. It's much easier.
Because they said it was a Thursday thing. And if there's a Thursday thing, then there's a Wednesday thing and there was a Friday thing. I know this is the show of Sam-hane and man-eating Ganesh, but seriously. Do they throw darts to make these decisions or what?
I like things.
I know a couple of Dictionary of Angels reference books I have list Castiel as the angel of Thursday. No other information or explanation, just that.
And when I get home, I can check those books to see if they list an angel of any other days of the week.
