Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

My neighbour Totocas.

Oh, that is all sorts of clever.

Not watching the MLP: FiM fanvid again. Because if I want to hear that song, I will watch the actual MCR video for it.

I want to say that the story that got me into reading scaramouche was a My Stepmother Is an Alien/SPN fusion. I intitially read it thinking it would be hilarious badfic, but of course given the writer it actually turned out to be good.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

The only scaramouche I've read was "Plant Pathologists vs. Zombie Lawyers," but I really enjoyed that one.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I think I would have enjoyed that more if I'd actually read the tags. As it was, I was mystified why Dean was a jerk background character and then I was all "whoa! Sassy!".

Weird, because I've been rereading scaramouche this past week.

That was the first one of hers I read too, and pretty much the only Sassy I've enjoyed.

I've been rereading her this week too. I love her style.

Did you spot the new timestamp?

::sigh::

It's so magic, that AU.

Weirdly, I don't know if I ever finished the one where Dean and Cas have a mystery kid or anything. The one that starts in a diner. I just couldn't get into it, though it seems to have been her highest profile long story before this (mindbendingly brilliant) HS AU.

Maybe I'll try again...

Ha! I bailed on that one too, just not my cup of tea. Of course I am contrary, and frequently turn out to dislike my favorite authors' most popular stories in favor of their more fringe stuff.
