I don't have a full-series re-watch in my primarily because I'm doing that with Lost and my brain can only take so much. I like the thematic thing you have going here.
For what it's worth, if someone is hankering for a full series rewatch, they're doing one in the TWoP SPN forum. They're nuts, though. But they're nuts because they love the boys. It's not the worst kind of nuts there is.

I've got the DVD in, and I'm ready to go. It's still light out though -- seems wrong to be watching SPN in the daylight.
