Weird thing to focus on, but I just finally had to do some research on Dean's t-shirts because of fics tendency to dress him in band t-shirts (or dress Cas in Dean's band t-shirts) and I know I'm not terribly observant, but I couldn't recall ever seeing Dean in a t-shirt that had any sort of logo on it.

Seems that Sam is the one more likely to wear a t-shirt with something on it (not bands, though). (And I still miss Dean's red button-down).

I'm pretty sure Dean wore a band shirt in the first episode of this season.
I'm not opposed to that kind of fanon, though. We only see part of their lives -- I have no doubt Dean has, or did have, an old Ozzy shirt at some point, if not others. He is an adult, though, and even when he's not in a suit, he needs to be somewhat reassuring to the people he's helping. A big old Judas Priest shirt isn't going to help that along, but it doesn't mean he doesn't have some.

Since I went and peaked at Meet the New Boss, we haven't seen Crowley in a while, now have we? I can't remember what his relationship with the boys was last (except that he's no longer interested in keeping his peeps from mauling them now).

He was also in Season 7: Time for a Wedding. He told the boys he'd keep his demons at bay until Dick Roman was dealt with. The last we heard about him was from Meg who said Crowley was looking for the healer, Emmanuel. I'm guessing Crowley suspected Emmanuel was actually Castiel.
