The other two special kids in that ep died at other hands. Well, three, counting the cold open if memory serves.

Sorry. Imprecise language on my part (stupid pronouns). I meant to say the witch was possessed by Samhain when Sam killed him. Also, the killing seemed more of a byproduct of getting rid of Samhain.
