I suspect this list will be better than Peeves' Pete's list. Less looming, anyway.

Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
I will play, unless it involves a big registry fee, cause I am BROKE right now, yo.
But I am also very devious, ballsy and creative. Altho I'm stuck in the middle of the country -- no cockroach on a croissant in front of the Eiffel Tower for me!
I believe it is free to register!
It's $10 to play. Or you can write an essay (topics are provided and are...appropriately random) for "scholarship".
each, or per team? If it is per team, I will put up the money.
eta: It's not clear, at least from what I saw.
I think everyone might need to sign up separately. We should see how much interest there is, and then work out registration and payment. I can spot one other person, too.
I was assuming from this:
If you and your friends want to be on the same team, enter your friends' names on the checkout page. Otherwise you will be assigned to a team. You have until Wednesday, November 16th, 11:58 pm MDT Moscow Daylight Time.
that I could put everyone's name in and just register once. I could be wrong though.
eta: I was wrong
from the FAQ:
How do "Teams" work and how many people can be on them?
You can request others to be on a "team" with you but there is no guarantee you will all wind up on the same team. Team size and participants depends on the total number of people that sign up for the Scavenger Hunt. Per the Rules of Guinness World Records, in order to qualify (and win) the Guinness World Record, all teams need to be the same size. For example, we need more than 500 teams to win the world record, so if 1000 people register, every team would consist of 2 people. If 10,000 people register, each team can have 20 members.
This should not stop you from forming a team:
1. Team members can be based anywhere in the world 2. Teams can be any size (though again, there's no guarantee you'll get everyone on, and we will remove members randomly and re-assign them to other global teams to get the teams to the qualified size). 3. When you register, enter the first and last names (separated by commas) of the people you would like on your team. Your teammates should do the same. 4. We will notify you of the finalized teams on November 18th and apologize, in advance, if we weren't able to get everyone on the team you chose. 5. If you don't join with a team, we will assign you to a very global highly competent team! 6. If you're not completely satisfied with the team you've been assigned to, too bad. We don't want to hear about it.
Oh well. Maybe we can have an unofficial Buffista team?
It'll still be fun, though. And probably really weird.
I can write an essay!
But if we sign up with Buffista team member names on our rosters, aren't the chances v. good that we would be assigned a team with Buffistas?
I think so, Erin! Even if not, we can be a team behind the scenes.
