When Dean was taking the convenient saw thingy to his cast, I was waiting for a Mystery Spot incident to occur.
Is it just me, or is this episode rather heavy with the background TV?
Also, I find it hysterical how they (Jensen) framed the shots of Dean to avoid his leg like was a pregnant actress.
Also also, his high-on-morphine in the beginning was awesome.

I really love Colin Ford as young Sam. I wish they had found an actor as good to play a young Dean.

I swear the promo after last episode had a lot of Dean in the hospital. I have to go back and look, because I swear I'm remembering scenes that weren't shown tonight.
